Mr. Max Menezes is an experienced professional with a strong background in the banking sector who has now transitioned into millet entrepreneurship and millet products manufacturing in Goa. He is actively building his entrepreneurial journey as the State Master Franchisee of MBF Universe, taking strong ownership of the mission and driving activities proactively from his end rather than depending on external support. With a hands-on and independent approach, he is working to expand the millet ecosystem in Goa and encourage hundreds, and eventually thousands, of people to adopt millet food as part of their regular lifestyle. He is also actively promoting millets and millet-based products through expos, health meetups, awareness programs, and other community initiatives. Mr. Menezes openly acknowledges that every new mission comes with challenges in its initial stages. However, he continues to participate with a strong positive approach and remains actively involved in different activities connected with the Millet National Mission. As part of the larger vision of "One Millet Meal Every Day," he is contributing to millet awareness, entrepreneurship, manufacturing, and community adoption in Goa. With his professional experience, independent entrepreneurial mindset, and active participation in the millet ecosystem, he is steadily building a meaningful role in the larger millet movement.
